Atlanta Maternity Photography Sessions
All experiences include a
pre-session style consultation, wardrobe styling for the whole family, full gallery of edited images, session in the studio, client’s home or outdoor location.

All I can Saw is WOw!
Generally, I recommend scheduling your maternity session between 30-36 weeks, but every momma is different. Usually by this point in the pregnancy, you will have a defined baby bump to show off in pictures. I do understand how different each pregnancy can be! First time moms often show later in pregnancy, so a first time mom might want to wait until the later end of this range, while moms who have had previous pregnancies might want to have an earlier session. We can always book a session for this range, and adjust accordingly based on your individual pregnancy.
WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY SESSION?
I would love to photograph your you and your wherever you feel most comfortable. Have a sentimental location in mind? Always dreamed of a maternity session in a wildflower field? I would love to make that happen for you!
Don't want to worry about the unpredictable Georgia weather? Prefer the look a a studio session? I would love to have you at my cozy, private studio here in Cumming.
what location should i choose?
When booking a session with Scarlet Oak Photography, you do not need to stress about what to wear. Not only to I send all of my clients a style guide for inspiration, I offer a client closet for moms and babies, and can also offer complimentary and custom styling advice for the entire family.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
I have availability for maternity sessions year round. I do suggest booking your session at least 1-2 months in advance as pregnancies can be unpredictable and we want to make sure you are able to have your session before your baby is here!
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK YOU?
Yes! I travel to document maternity sessions all the time. I would love to meet you in a location that is sentimental to you, but also have a list of my favorite locations to share with you as well. I do, however, try to stay within 1 hour of my studio in Cumming, GA.

HOW CAN I GET A QUOTE?
All of my sessions require a non-refundable retainer of $200. This holds your session date for you and ensures my availability for your newborn session.
